SureMail – OttoKit Integration
SureMail now integrates seamlessly with OttoKit, enabling users to trigger email notifications through OttoKit workflows. This guide walks you through the process of connecting OttoKit to your site using SureMail.
Prerequisites
- The SureMail plugin must be installed and activated on your WordPress site.
- The OttoKit plugin should also be installed and activated.
If not installed, you can install and activate it directly via SureMail.
Step-by-Step Setup
1. Connect OttoKit to SureMail
- Navigate to SureMail > Notifications.
- Click the Install and Activate button to install the OttoKit plugin.
- Once installed, you’ll see a Connect to OttoKit button.
Click it to establish the connection.
2. Create a New Workflow
- Click the Create Workflow button to begin creating workflows using SureMail and OttoKit.
- Alternatively, go to OttoKit > Workflows to manually create one.
Fill in the following details:
- Workflow Name: Enter a name for your workflow.
- Select Event: Choose the event that should trigger the workflow.
Options include:
- Email Sent
- Email Blocked
- Email Failed to Send
- Email Sent
- Select Connection: Choose SureMail as the connection.
