Resend Emails
The Resend feature in SureMail allows you to easily resend any previously sent email right from your WordPress dashboard. This can be helpful when troubleshooting delivery issues or re-sending emails to recipients who didn’t receive the original message.
How to Resend an Email
To resend an email using SureMail, follow these steps:
1. Navigate to Email Logs
- Go to your WordPress Dashboard.
- From the sidebar, click on SureMail > Email Logs.
- You’ll see a list of all emails that have been sent via your website.
2. Locate the Email
- Browse the list or use the search and filter options to find the email you want to resend.
3. Click on the Resend Button
- Each email entry in the log includes a Resend button.
- Click the Resend button next to the specific email you wish to send again.
4. Confirm Resending
- A confirmation popup will appear asking you to confirm the action.
- Click the Resend button in the popup to proceed.
5. Email Sent
- Once confirmed, the selected email will be resent to the original recipient.
- You’ll receive a success notification on the screen after the email has been re-queued and sent.
6. How to Resend Multiple Emails
- In the Email Logs, use the checkboxes to select multiple emails.
- You can also use the Select All checkbox at the top to choose all emails listed on the page.
- Once emails are selected, a Resend button will appear above the list.
- Click on the Resend button.
- A confirmation popup will appear, asking you to confirm the bulk resend.
- Click Resend in the popup to resend all selected emails.
