Email Simulation

The Email Simulation feature in SureMail allows you to test email functionality without actually sending emails. This is particularly useful during development or staging, ensuring you don’t accidentally send emails to real users.

What is Email Simulation?

When Email Simulation is enabled, SureMail simulates the process of sending emails but does not send any actual emails. Instead, it logs the email details into the database. You can review these logs to verify that your email configuration and content are correct.

How to Enable Email Simulation

To enable Email Simulation in SureMail:

  1. Go to your WordPress Dashboard.
  2. Navigate to SureMail > Settings.
  3. Scroll to the Email Simulation option.
  4. Check the box to Enable Email Simulation.
  5. Click the Save button to apply the changes.

Once enabled, SureMail will switch to simulation mode. All outgoing emails will be captured in the logs but not delivered.

Note: This feature is ideal for testing environments. Make sure to disable it when you’re ready to send real emails.
